Thank you for trusting and allowing Coastal Soil and Wetland Services to assist you with your soil and septic system needs. The following items must be submitted to our office at coastalsoil38@gmail.com to conduct a soil evaluation:
Completed Customer Contact Form (.pdf format)
Basic diagram/drawing (see example below) of location of the following:
Proposed dwellings and out-buildings
Number of bedrooms
Proposed parking and driveways
Water well (if applicable)
Swimming pool (if applicable)
Accessory buildings (if applicable)
Location of proposed septic drainfield

Soil borings will only be conducted in the specific area designated for the drainfield. If the area changes in the future and additional soil evaluations are required, additional fees will apply.
To proceed with a soil evaluation, the following things must be performed prior to us visiting the site:
Minimum of 2 property corners marked, prefer all corners be marked.
Property must be accessible, underbrush cleared - can freely walk around.
Flags or other markers to identify septic testing location, based on the above site diagram.
